Callem - Ice Type Gym Leader

I'm on the way to building a full cast for my Pokémon RP I'm engaged in with a friend of mine. This is Callem

Callem is an exuberant and fairly optimistic character with a positive outlook on life. He works in a duo-type gym with his husband, Nathan. He is the uncle of Vikktar and Viola and has a young daughter of his own called Lucy. Like most member of the DePrae family, he has a close connection to a Ghost-Type Pokémon, and his is Froslass or "Whisper".
